At KidsRider, we specialize in the secure delivery of high-performance ride-on vehicles. Because our products are oversized and contain specialized battery components, we adhere to strict safety and logistics protocols to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Service Area
We currently provide Free Standard Shipping exclusively to the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time due to carrier size restrictions for motorized ride-on toys.
2. Shipping Costs & Transparency
- Standard Shipping: $0.00 (Free on all U.S. orders).
- Hidden Fees: KidsRider does not charge "Oversized Item" fees or "Handling Surcharges." The price you see on the product page is the final price at checkout, excluding applicable sales tax.
3. Detailed Delivery Timeline
To ensure 100% transparency with Google Merchant Center (GMC) standards, we define our delivery windows as follows:

| Handling Time | 1 – 2 Business Days | (Monday – Friday) Includes safety inspection and battery testing. |
| Transit Time | 5 – 8 Business Days | (Monday – Friday) Carrier transit from our hub to your door. |
| Total Delivery Time | 6 – 10 Business Days | Estimated total window for delivery. |
4. Fulfillment & Warehouse Disclosure
While our administrative support is based in USA, we utilize a network of specialized US-based fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery of our ride-on vehicles. Your tracking information will reflect the specific domestic origin of your shipment.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your vehicle has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number. Because of the size and value of our products, some carriers may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking status closely.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Your shipment is fully insured. If your package arrives with visible damage to the box, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours.
